Read this carefully...
Again, from JRT's book, beginning on page 617 and going over to 618: "A couple years ago, Michael used his one-half share of the Sony/ATV catalogue as collateral to borrow $200 million. Sony guaranteed the loan for Michael. However, if he defaults, the company can then move to claim his share of ATV. 'He's a financial time bomb waiting to explode,' said Myung Ho Lee, former financial manager. " JRT goes on to say the payment was due in 2006. "Also, he can take comfort in knowing that he can eradicate the entire manner by doing the one thing he most doesn't want to do: tour."
Isn't it safe to say that just about anyone in the business world, any business attorney, and any financial advisor saw this scenario unraveling, too? He was put in a situation to do nothing but fail, especially by Sony who was "guaranteeing the loan" yet stood to profit by gaining the entire share of his portion of the catalogue, if (or when in their minds) he defaulted. Doesn't that sound like a conflict of interest? It was like a steam-engine rolling towards him...with others waiting to collect the dollar bills as they went in every direction after the impact.
"'But it takes too much out of me, ' he told me of touring back in 1995. 'It's like a two hour marathon, every show. I swear, I must lose ten pounds a concert. The expectations are too high. It's hard.'"
Does that sound like a man that WANTED to do these 50 shows again? At 50 years old, after all the SHIT he went through each day for the past decade? After the scandals and accusation and the ridicule and humiliation? NO! He was bullied into it with no other option. "Comfort" out of touring to earn a living? PLEASE. Touring after the trial was an impossibility. He was not capable of performing at the level he would expect of himself and even Jack Wishna saw this, too.
If Michael lost his share of the Sony/ATV catalouge, which is essentially his most valuable asset, then what would he do to make a living? He was not under contract to release albums, and sales were not as they used to be for him. He was not capable of touring from an emotional or physical standpoint. Royalties are typically a sham compared to royalties paid in the film industry. (Michael should have gone into film after everything for that reason, too!) How did he stand to make a living for his children? He had little formal education. He could not go to work in a "normal" place. Hell, he could not even go shopping without being mobbed. How was he to feed his children, provide them with a house, with clothes, with schooling? His name and reputation had been ruined. His life was ruined. People should have been BEGGING to work with him, to collaborate with him across the world. Here was a man that loved to work finding himself in a position where he almost could not work anymore.
When I try to make light of what began unfolding concerning Neverland in 2007, I get utterly confused. Seems like he maintained ownership of an unknown portion and Tom Barrack the other portion, the majority portion. His items were set to be auctioned off to collect debts due. What could have been worse? To have your own personal items sold, never to see them again, to have them taken from you? To keep being thrown deeper and deeper into a hole when you should be coming OUT of it after being FOUND NOT GUILTY of crimes you know you damn-well did not commit? I sit here about to cry a river of tears while at the same time a fire is raging within me that will only be fed as I further put pieces together in this puzzle. I will not shut up, either. How could this happen to someone who gave back so much to the world? It is estimated he earned up to $500 million dollars during his lifetime, with one-fifth of that amassed after Thriller. It has been said he donated $300 million dollars to various charities during his life. Crunch those numbers and what do they tell you? I hope it fires you up as much as it fires me up. Justice is far from being in sight, and even if those responsible for his death go to prison, it still will not be enough.

Michael and Insomnia--a Deeper Look
I was thinking last night about Michael and his severe insomnia. I do not know all the causes of sleep disorders, and most doctors do not know either, as they just toss prescriptions for sleep aids to their patients and do not follow up to see if they have or have not worked. It does seem, however, most people's problems are either from lifestyle issues (being on the computer late at night, drinking too much coffee, exercising before bedtime, taking certain medications etc.) or sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is a huge contributor to insomnia. Sleep apnea is usually something that affects middle-aged, overweight males. Just looking at Michael you would not think he suffered from sleep apnea. However, anyone can suffer from sleep apnea. Michael had a chronic lung condition as well that was disclosed when he passed. His lungs were found to be "chronically inflammed" which means they had been inflammed for a long period of time. This was not from a cold or something recent. I would like to know what it was from as he was not a smoker. Perhaps it was from lupus? I then began to wonder if Michael was having breathing problems while sleeping and did in some way have some form of sleep apnea. Most people who have sleep apnea do not know they have it. Their spouses are the ones to tell them they have it because they get no sleep from their partner's snoring. Michael told nurse Cherilyn Lee he would sometimes fall asleep only to awake in a couple hours and not be able to fall asleep again. He said he just wanted "eight hours of sleep". Could breathing problems be what woke him up? I know some people sometimes wake up as if they are choking and it jolts them so badly they cannot fall back asleep, yet they sometimes have a problem explaining why they woke up so suddenly. I know this is all speculation but it sounds highly possible to me and all things should be examined as Michael was taken from this world well before his time. I know he had a lot stress in his life, was working on the concerts until late at night sometimes and had a racing, active mind, but still, to be so sleep-deprived as to ask for propofol (which, while adminstered you cannot wake up), makes me think it was more than what meets the eye. Instead of doctors breaking down what was causing his sleep deprivation and working to try and correct or diagnose all the possible health issues contributing to his insomnia, in turn helping him get the sleep he needed naturally, they gave him propofol--an anesthetic, not a sleep aid. What about the strenous physical exams he supposedly passed with "flying colors" for AEG? Flying colors? He was not a marathon runner. If he had a chronic lung condition then that would have shown up and been a problem, maybe not enough to keep him from being able to perform on some level, but he was expected to sing live for a certain amount of time and then dance as well for I believe at least 2 hours. Have any of you tried dancing or jogging while singing at the same time? You have to FORCE the air out to even really be audible and to hit the right notes--at least I do and I have mild asthma. He really had no business doing this kind of concert with a lung condition and severe insomnia that obviously was not being treated properly. Maybe he needed a CPAP machine. Maybe he needed a new schedule that promoted better sleeping habits. He did NOT need to be doing the type of show he was preparing for and did NOT need propofol! Then, the question becomes, did someone take advantage of his desire for propofol and see it as a way commit murder? Doctors having a client like Michael should want to do anything to keep him alive (as is their duty as a doctor) and to keep him as a patient (if they want the profit). I am not a conspiracy theorist and I try to be as rational as possible and am by nature skeptical of all things, but if you look at ALL the facts, dating back to YEARS ago, looking at all aspects of Michael's life, his business transactions, his financial woes, his problems with Sony, AEG's motives for having him do 50 shows (when he agreed to 10 only) things are looking more and more suspicous. He needed to be treated and helped by people who cared about him, whether it personally or just professionally, not used, lied to and killed by people only seeking a profit which is looking more and more like the case each passing day.

Different Shades of Justice
A friend asked, mainly concerning Michael Jackson:
"What punishment, and to whom, would you consider justice? Use your imagination and express your feeling even if it is an impossibility."
My response:
This is a difficult question, one with infinite responses and none of them certifiably correct. You want people here to think and discuss and I enjoy it even if the topic is one to bring on pain to some, to many, actually. The "fairest" thing to me is to say "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth". It would be nice if that could happen in all cases of injustice in the world and it just happen naturally without anyone having to do anything to anyone to "pay them back". Sadly, that is not how the world works and it is brutally unfair, usually the most unfair to those who seem to have the best of character. Concerning Michael , I could name some that I know took advantage of him, that took his livelihood away, that took his spirit to an early grave and the worst of all, left his children parentless and his mother (and father) without a son, something no parent should have to endure, especially from senseless acts of carelessness and the inability to have remorse. I won't name names, though yes, there are certain people who without a shadow of doubt hurt and in some form killed Michael not only in a private way but sadly in also a very public way allowing people who never even met him or saw him to take part in the demise of his spirit, his heart and his passions in life. We know who they are. There are those that are hidden in the shadows that hurt him, too, though. People we do not know about and sadly, may never know about. Michael was caught in a web of lies, pain and suffering that he was stuck in, a web with venomous spiders waiting to make a move on him, some working together and some not. With Michael, there is no "eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth" sort of justice available to him. No one else today is as globally known as he was and still is. No one that directly hurt him will ever be cast in the spotlight like him for people to judge, ridicule, or harass. To me, justice for Michael will be better done through love, getting people, the world,to simply know the real person that Michael was, to understand him, accept his differences and uniqueness, to care about him, love him. All he ever wanted was to be loved and praised upon like a small child. I do not mean I want people caring about him as superstar or sex symbol--I mean caring about him as your brother, your father, your son, or your friend. He deserves respect and recognition for his contributions to the arts as well as his contributions to humanity. Justice to me is erasing the allegations that were ultimately the sword in his heart and the direct cause of all the unbearable pain in his life. I do not want my children associating the false allegations with irrefutable proof of innocence with him, his name, or his accomplishments unless they read an in-depth biography about him and learn the entire picture and from that know the entire story of what happened to this man. I want them to see him first as a helper, a healer, a big-kid, an artist who sang and danced like no other, and innovator and a role model. I want his children to have a life where they are not taunted like their father. I want them to be respected and to be the given privacy their father never had. I want justice for his parents, especially his mother, in the fairest way possible. utilizing the court system. I want justice for Michael by people like us, people who genuinely care about Michael, to continue his work by helping the Earth and helping children and getting in touch with our inner-child and never letting go of it. Be a kid at heart sometimes and don't lose track of what can really make you happy in life. Live a life full of love...L.O.V.E. and never stop. Life is short. Sometimes really short. don't forget the best ingredient to a happy life is love and it really can get you through some of the hardest parts.

Summary of Michael Jackson's FBI Files
This is a very quick and dirty summary of the FBI files released today. I tried to touch on everything in the documents, but there is still probably some information hidden within them that I have failed to mention. Nothing in these documents says that Michael was ever guilty of any wrongdoing, other than maybe being at fault in car accident, though that was not clear (most will attest to him not being that good of a driver so it probably is true). I have tried my best to provide these summaries with the intent of being open-minded (though it is written in my perspective so I let my opinions be known) and as revealing as possible. I did not go over the first case regarding a stalker, as the case is 196 pages. It does not, to the best of my knowledge, have anything to do with any child abuse allegations.

Key Points: This video was a copy of a copy of a copy of a copy of something (could very well have been elephants dancing on rooftops for all we know). The only association to Michael is his name written on the tape, more than likely as a smear from the news of the 1993 allegations. It is not even confirmed that this was any form of pornography. NO investigation was carried out, no arrests, nothing. The tape was brought forth in Florida, and the first recording seemed to be done on a Panasonic device from 1970 (though I may be wrong about that). Though no association to the case it makes me sick to see SONY on these documents (assuming that is the brand of paper used). So again, NOTHING is provided in these documents. NOTHING.

First, a supposedly explicit telephone call (mind you, ONE supposed call out of NUMEROUS calls over long period of time) from 1979 comes to the attention of the authorities 14 years later, with no knowledge of it previously. Terry George claims he told some of his closest friends of the supposed incident yet it never leaked to the press? Especially British press? He says he would "never have believed it possible (the allegations)" but then says because of the explicit phone call he believed it. Contradictory, isn't it? George states he ran up an outlandish phone bill, so that would mean HE was calling Michael incessantly, correct? He kept pursing communication with Michael, even four years later, even going as far as to get a picture snapped alongside Michael in 1983. Obviously the one supposed incident that troubled him didn't waver his admiration for him, did it? "I felt used because he'd wanted my friendship when I was just a boy. Now I was a young man and he didn't seem to want to know." That sounds like jealousy and anger, just as the case regarding Evan Chandler. Jealousy and greed-recurrent themes in Michael's life that would just not go away. Again, NO proof of such a phone call occurred. Also to note, the FBI used such "credible sources"--aka tabloid magazines for their file regarding this matter. This whole concoction of a story is not credible in the least bit. There is no proof, and it does not even sound logical. Again, NOTHING.

The only page worth reading is the last one that states, as we all know, Michael was acquitted of all charges and the case closed. So, anyone who tries to pick apart this document and even attempt to find anything compelling it in, tell them to go read Aphrodite Jones' book for the answers, for the truth.

But, page 39 of 44 (of this particular file available on the web site) states, "Details: The writer request that the captioned investigation be closed. So, we have a DMV records listed, and a copy of his driver's license. Made me cry. The handwriting contained in these files is HIDEOUS. There are many private notes taken by an investigator that only they would know what they mean, or how to read them, though I did try to make out most of what was written, but so much is whitened out that it is useless. To sum it up, this document first highlights the extortion attempt by the Quindoys (including a article from a "newspaper", and discusses Terry George, again (with accompanying "article"). The Quindoy's say the 1993 claims are true yet they had not worked for him since 1990. They also say he owed them $283,000 in overtime pay. Quindoy also continued to commit slander. I will not want to repeat what he said, but is known to be false. Hmm, sound like extortion again?? It also states that Chandler (the named is whitened out again though) claimed to have filed a restraining order against Michael in New York. The FBI attempted to verify this but searches for this order came up negative-one was not filed-more lies. Also mentioned was a call called with an agent. The caller stated that there had been an FBI investigation in 1985 or 1986 regarding two Hispanic children. They claimed further that the case was "covered up". Conclusion to this supposed investigation: "Writer searched indices, both manual and automated for any reference to above mentioned investigation. No references were found. " Again.....NOTHING. It did not happen. Another "report" that has no factual basis was also mentioned and included, but nothing else was provided about it and this case was closed.

The media should not dare try to make something out of these. These files should exonerate Michael, or at least it be known they say nothing of any sort of guilt. They provide nothing we here did not already know---that Michael was innocent of any wrongdoing in the child abuse claims. He was extorted, lied about, and preyed upon for years. The sad thing is, these files do not say anything that should be used against Michael, but I figured the media will somehow try to twist them to make them something they are not, and people will be too lazy to look at them themselves before casting judgment. We, those with an open mind and understanding of Michael, already know the truth, but everyone else needs to know it, too, for Michael's sake.
The 2005 trial took such a toll on Michael because he had a CONSCIOUS, one that would not have allowed him to ever harm a child. He was found innocent but the repugnant things he was accused of still hurt him and it was obvious by the physical toll it took on him. That would not happen to a guilty man. I will say it now and say it again--Michael Joseph Jackson was an innocent and misunderstood man with a gentle, caring soul who had more heart than almost anyone else here on this planet.

He was found innocent but the repugnant things he was accused of still hurt him and it was obvious by the physical toll it took on him. That would not happen to a guilty man. I will say it now and say it again--Michael Joseph Jackson was an innocent and misunderstood man with a gentle, caring soul who had more heart than almost anyone else here on this planet.

I can only do so much from this little blog but I hope someone out there will somehow stumble upon my plea and at least think about these people and somehow SPREAD THE WORD. Someone somewhere has to know SOMETHING! They need justice!! There are EVIL killers on the loose who have committed these crimes and will more than likely DO IT AGAIN if they are not caught! I am SICK of seeing Tiger Woods and his martial problems in the news! THIS NEEDS TO BE NEWS UNTIL THERE IS JUSTICE SERVED AND DANGEROUS PEOPLE OFF THE STREETS! To the three victims--you are not forgotten!

Evan Chandler Suicide--My Thoughts

Aphrodite wrote "Michael Jackson Conspiracy" regarding the 2005 trial. She continues to fight to get the word out about Michael's innocence based upon facts presented during the trial.
The following is my most regarding Evan Chandler and his death on her blog:
I say many times someone should never be judged. I prefer to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. There are a few rare cases in which I cannot help but to judge because the truth stares you right in the face. This is one of the exceptions. I actually got angry when I heard Evan Chandler died. Deep inside I felt it was suicide before I had read it was so, just based on the kind of person he was from the little I have read about him. I am convinced he did not kill himself to escape physical or mental pain as some people do, but rather did it in pure vanity and spite.
As far as I am concerned Evan Chandler was the beginning of the end for Michael Jackson. He attempted to not only destroy his career but his spirit as well. He is even on tape saying this was his goal. Had it not been for Evan brainwashing his son into thinking he had been molested, or convincing him to just boldface lie, I do not believe the case in 2005 would have ever surfaced, nor would Michael had ever been in financial difficulty. I firmly believe, too, that had Chandler not done what he did, Michael would still be alive today and for many years to come.
Michael endured 16 years of personal hell that only he could experience. He experienced that pain alone. Friends and family may have been there for him as best they could but only he knew what it really felt like to be accused of something so heinous when you know you are innocent. Michael had to endure this on a global scale. No one else has had to endure such an accusation for the world to learn about and spread lies upon. No one.
I am angry that Evan Chandler is dead because I wish he had suffered what Michael went through. He would not have lasted a day in Michael's shoes, though. I know it is low of me to say this, but I am human and I am also not afraid to speak my mind when it concerns Michael. I am angry at what has happened to Michael. It is still my ambition to convince the world think differently about Michael than they think now and have thought for decades. I would like to have personally attacked Evan Chandler, not physically, but with the truth, on a global scale. I know the facts are out there, but not enough people know about them. I had never heard about Evan Chandler until 3 months ago. Granted, I was ten years old when the accusations came to light. I was not a follower of Michael's, either. So, why is it that we all knew Michael had been accused of molestation? These accusations made me miss out on Michael and his music and I will never forgive Evan for that. Never! I loved his music but was embarrassed because my friends would say horrible things about him. I missed out on a genius while he was alive, only to discover him in his death. I will forever defend Michael now and will never stop. I always believed he was innocent, but I still was blind sighted from the media and people around me, except my mother who has always defended Michael staunchly even against her own friends. Stories have two sides, and Evan got to moonlight in the background while Michael and Jordan suffered from Evan's greed and jealousy. Evan caused more grief for Michael than the world will ever know.
I know there will always be the few that will insult Michael no matter what. However, there are many good-hearted people out there simply just do not know the facts. It is time for an awakening. No time is better than now.

Michael, on the other hand, had the courage to continue to stand for what he believed in and tried his best to live each day making the world a better place especially for children. He tried to find joy in life when his joy was stripped from him by people like Evan. His trust was stripped. His love of life was stripped. This should have never, ever happened. Who is to Blame? Who Can We Trust?
Let's ponder some things ladies and gents...
WARNING: Not for the faint of heart...
Dr. Firpo Carr made the following statement on his blog:
"I've encountered shockers that rocked my foundations. This resulted in an abrupt, unceremonious paradigm shift. Here's the first shocker: It may not be Dr. Conrad Murray who had anything to do with Michael's death. Process that. Now, I know you need time to recover from this reality, but, here comes the next shocker: AEG and Dr. Tohme Tohme may not be silent culprits in Michael's death. Oh, I have it on good authority that they drove him relentlessly. Some say they even mistreated him so as to get a major payday."
Murray has made the following statement:
"I did not give Michael anything that should have led to his death."
He has freely admitted to administering propofol.
Dr. Klein, in his interview with TMZ, stated that he believed someone else was administering the propofol to Michael, namely, a nurse anesthetist. He went as far to say that someone (Murray) had been giving propofol intramuscularly because of his inability or difficulty in starting an IV. Propofol is NOT to be administer any other way but IV. (Keep in mind, it is a very short-acting drug, and multiple intramuscular injections would be required to keep someone sedated. This could be why, if true, Michael had so many injection marks on his body.) However, an IV was said to have been in use at some point in time on June 25th. Who or when it was started is not known.
Now, back to Dr. Tohme Tohme:
He is not a doctor but is purported to be a "businessman".
He was in possession of over 5.5 million dollars that belonged to Michael. He turned the money over a month after June 25th claiming it was a "secret" he and Michael had as it was for Michael's dream home in Las Vegas.
He claims to be Saudi Arabian. He is supposedly Lebanese.
In a September 2008 recorded conversation with June Gatlin, Michael is heard saying, in regard to Tohme:
"This guy, he just... has ways about him...There's a divide between me and my representatives and I don't talk to my lawyer, my accountant. I talk to him and he talks to them. "I don't like it. I wanna get somebody in there with him that I know and can trust. I don't know what's in my accounts. He's (Tohme) mean, he's trying to keep me and separate me from everybody and everything that I love."
It has been stated that Tohme was dismissed in May 2009. Frank DiLeo was called in to take over matters and stated that Tohme had made many problems including booking the 50 dates in very close proximity to one another at which no one would be able to accomplish for fulfill. DiLeo said he himself was responsible for making what would have been the current London show schedule.
Yet, Tohme said after June 25th:
"I'm still in charge of Michael Jackson's business until otherwise I am informed not to do so (sic)."
Michael was still in possession of Tohme's business card, as it was reportedly in his bathroom on June 25th.
So, what can we figure from all this?
Could Murray have been dumb enough to leave Michael unattended only for someone to sneak in and do something that led to Michael's murder, such as administering the propofol in such a large dose as to kill him? Could Tohme have more to do with Michael's death than we think? Do we have any new information about those who run AEG? Who is REALLY to blame DIRECTLY? Who can we trust within this mess? Is the truth even hidden somewhere in this mess?
I have laid out here some pieces to a puzzle. Some may not be used at all but some may be very valuable. Are we wrong to assume this is a clear-cut case of an accident propofol overdose due to the incompetence of a greedy doctor? What can anyone else add? What factual information do you know that we can utilize? Let's get to the TRUTH!
